UPDATE COVID 19
At last, we can get back to work on 14th April!
In order to guarantee your health (and our own) we have adopted the most stringent measures
to counter the risk of contagion and live with the problem of the Covid-19 virus.
Please take a moment to read them.
We are finally ready to welcome all our friends and guests once again.
Thank you
During this difficult and uncertain period, your continued support and enthusiasm have given us new energy!
The measures we have implemented in order to counter the spread of Covid-19
so that your health and ours are safeguarded have been drawn up by a team of independent experts.
SANITIZATION AND DEEP CLEANING OF OUR PREMISES
We have intensified the daily sanitization of our entire premises, and perform deep cleaning on the basis of the instructions provided by the World Health Organization, by the frequent spraying of specific and highly-effective disinfectant products which totally neutralize all viral presence from surfaces that might be contaminated by airborne viruses such as the Coronavirus.
STAFF TRAINING
Each and every member of our staff has received adequate training in applying the measures required by current legislation.
DISINFECTION POINTS
We have installed special points with disinfectant gel to be used for hand cleansing in every area accessible to the public.
INDIVIDUAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
A sealed bag containing a mask is provided in each bedroom to protect you and other people.
SAFETY DISTANCES
All our facilities have been modified in order to ensure "social distancing" of at least one metre.
If the number of guests should require special measures, the dining areas may be opened in limited stages.
FAST CHECK-IN
In order to avoid crowding and therefore to reduce the time spent by guests in the reception area, we have now set up a FAST CHECK-IN system.
FLEXIBILITY IN BOOKING
We are aware of your need for flexibility in planning your holiday during this period, we assure you that you can postpone or cancel your booking with the shortest possible notice.
MONITORING
We constantly monitor developments in the COVID-19 pandemic, and we are at all times aware of the latest directives issued by the WHO and the local and governmental authorities.
